We use your contact details, visit history, memberships and wallet records to provide salon services and manage billing. WhatsApp service notices and optional marketing messages use your saved preferences. If AI is enabled, messages you submit to the assistant are processed by the configured AI provider.

Allergy disclosures are optional and are available to the salon team for care planning. Contact the salon to ask about access, corrections, retention or deletion. Financial records may need to be retained. This notice should be completed with the salon’s contact details and retention policy before publication.
